Get your Spring back
Well Spring is here! With Spring comes yard work, lots and lots of yard work. When lifting try to bend more at the knees then the lower back. Try to avoid twisting motions while lifting or moving objects. If you are going to be kneeling down to tend to your garden put a foam mat under your knees to give you some cushioning.
